5Nice Perch  Mar 07, 2010
I have two of these perches and my grey uses one of them all the time and it took him a little longer to get used to the one that has glitter in it. But he uses them both. If you want to introduce them to the perch, have them stand on it and give them something that they really like...a treat or a grape. It really shouldn't take long for them to adjust to it. I feel that they are very stable if you get the proper size for your bird and I have no trouble keeping them clean.

1my cockatiel hates it  Jun 21, 2009
I have tried so many times to get my yellow cockatiel to sit on this perch and she's afraid of it and flies away when I get her near it. I have no idea why! The blue colored perch? Makes no sense, but I wasted my money.
