The urn is beautiful, fitting tribute to my beloved kitty. I was impressed that they were able to use my first choice picture - which wasn't the best quality to start with - and made it work perfectly. The customer service was wonderful: they sincerely care about doing the best for the customer, with sensitivity at a tough time.

We recently lost our cat and were looking for a urn. Donna helped me through the whole process and was wonderful. She helped to make sure the picture we sent in looked good and kept me informed through the whole process. I would recommed getting this product to anyone looking for a beautiful urn to remember their pet. Donna was wonderful and understanding and knew that it was important to capture the essence of our beloved Maui. They truly understood that this was a hard and emotional time and provided me with excellent service and an excellent product. Don't look any further if you need an urn for your pet.

I recently lost my pet cat and was looking to purchase a Pet Urn. I found this one on Amazon and I cannot begin to tell you how pleased I am not only with the urn but with the Customer Service of Healthy Happy Pet Net LLC. Donna, the person that I dealt with was just wonderful, very warm and compassionate. She was very respectful of my wishes and took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and sent me a proof of the urn to make sure that I did get exactly what I wanted. In addition to the urn being very reasonably priced, it is beautifully crafted and I really liked that I could have his picture and name on it. In this day and age of sometimes shoddy customer service, this company stands far above the rest. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to buy a pet urn.
